In 2017 we are expanding our work to support social workers in the challenging work they are all-too-frequently tasked with. For several years we have successfully integrated simple breathing techniques in our action learning sets and coaching to promote focus and well-being. From this summer, as a pilot, we will be offering deep relaxation, gentle yoga-based stretching and breathing techniques to support focus e.g. before and after a difficult home visit, and staff well-being.
